• Thoroughly power wash entire exterior surface

• Seal all cracks in stucco and wood

• Thoroughly scrape loose all peeling paint
0(Anything the power wash did not remove)

• Cover all landscaping, bushes, windows and other
...nonpainted areas

• Spray the exterior body, back brush or roll

• Brush and roll the trim
..(Fascia board, doors, door frames, etc.)

• We recommend satin sheen paint on body and semi-gloss
...on all trim
